We established the Circle of Excellence award in 1996 to recognize the efforts of vendors that consistently go above and beyond the call of duty in the work they do for us and for our clients. Always one to look for or create opportunities to give back to the industry and community, Shirley Ward founded DREAM Fund in 1991 with a vision for helping people in the marketing field who find themselves in crisis and in need of financial assistance and/or other forms of support. DREAM stands for Dedicating Resources to Employees of Advertising and Media, and the organization provides many types of assistance to people employed in our industry.
